One of the world’s leading Web3 crypto company, OKX, announced on Thursday, that it has partnered with Manchester City Football Club four-star players Jack Grealish, Ruben Dias, Ilkay Gundogan, and Alex Greenwood to launch the OKX Collective. According to the report, the launch aims to introduce Web3 to fans.
Chief Marketing Officer at OKX, Haider Rafique, said that bringing the footballers and their fans into Web3 shows that Web3 will be bigger than other ones that came before it.
“Introducing elite footballers to our newly established metaverse is about sharing the boundless possibilities of Web3 and inviting fans to experience it first-hand. Web3 has the potential to be bigger than everything that came before it, and this is just a taste of the incredible experiences it stands to enable. OKX Collective?
The OKX Collective, according to the report, is a unique virtual metaverse environment where the fans will have a first-hand experience of Web3 and get rewards from some of their favorite Manchester City players. Fans who visit the OKX Collective will be treated to special experiences designed around each player’s style and personal interests, including exclusive training content, music, and NFT-based digital experiences.
OKX also announced they are the official training kit partner for the MFCC 2022/2023 season.
