Animal Concerts: A Next-generation Industry Taking Over the Entertainment Experience.

Takeaway Points:

  • Animal Concerts is an interactive metaverse concert platform where established and emerging artists can deliver music and have fan experiences.
  • The native Animal token is currently built on the Ethereum blockchain and can be used to purchase concert tickets, merchandise, and many other products in its ecosystem.
  • Animal Concerts has worked with many A-list artists such as Alicia Keys, Future, Rap Legend, Busta Rhymes, Diplo, Meek Mill, and Gunna.

Virtual reality plays an important role in the Metaverse, which is a huge breakthrough around the world in terms of technology and has a lot of useful applications that developers and other people love to explore.

In the Metaverse, virtual humans are no longer constrained by physical limitations. It easily unites a global audience and allows them to simultaneously experience art, music, and various activities.

ReadyPlayerMe: The Cross-game Avatar Platform for the Metaverse

August 26, 2022

With the hype around the metaverse and numbers to support its potential, record companies, musicians, producers, and investors are taking a new approach where music and virtual reality engines intertwine.

Animal Concerts is taking music to the Metaverse by providing innovative fan-artists with experience in the entertainment industry.

What is Animal Concerts?

Animal Concerts (ANML) is a blockchain protocol in the metaverse that brings virtual experiences to fans and collaborates with top music artists and NFTs, while injecting blockchain technology and tokenizing the entire experience.

Who is the founder of Animal Concerts?

Animal Concerts started in 2021. It was created by Colin Fitzpatrick, a Dublin native living in Dubai, who turned a bad experience in quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic into a multibillion-dollar company.

The Metaverse concept was created with the idea of providing a viable solution to the situation where artists’ revenue was declining, and at the same time, fans were denied personal interaction and connection with their favourite musicians due to the pandemic.

Animal Concerts Token

In March 2022, Animal Concerts hosted a token generation event (TGE) which successfully launched their native “Animal” token on several top exchanges such as Bitmart, Huobi, Gate.io, and Uniswap.

The native Animal token (an ERC-20 token) is currently built on Ethereum and can be used to purchase concert tickets, merchandise, NFTs, and many other products in its ecosystem. Animal Concerts have a maximum supply of 12,500,000,000 coins.

The token is also used as a currency for doing business with the company.

ANML holders have early access to limited merchandise, unique NFTs, free or rare concert tickets, and collectables. Those purchasing tickets with Animal’s native token receive discounts.

Metaverse Concerts

Animal Concerts is known for working with artists like Alicia Keys, who hosted the singer and songwriter’s ‘One Night Only Event ‘to celebrate the release of her album “Keys” in December 2021. Future, Busta Rhymes, Diplo, Meek Mill, Gunna, Snoop Dogg, the AVILA Brothers, and Billy Ray Cyrus have all collaborated with the company.

Animal Concerts is, however, not the first player in the virtual concert game. Global artists Ariana Grande and Travis Scott performed in the open-world video game Fortnite and earned a lot of money from it. Other artists, like Snoop, recently collaborated with Gala Games, where his NFT musical drop grossed nearly $40 million.

Similarly, popular UK musician Ed Sheeran took to the virtual stage of Pokemon Go in November 2021 and Swedish superstar Zara Larsson gave a Roblox concert. Other artists, like Nigeria’s BNXN, have begun to explore the potential revolution of the music industry.

The Future of Concerts in the Metaverse

The metaverse is taking a more defined approach with each passing day, as many individuals and companies are shaping the space by introducing new products and features to already existing products and services.

It is transforming how we experience concerts and entertainment in general, and the innovation will likely continue for a long time.

Animal Concerts is taking advantage of the incredibly vast and exciting opportunities in the 2D and 3D digital worlds by focusing on metaverse experiences to provide marketing opportunities and introduce millions of people to the cryptocurrency space.

Although it bridges the gap between artists and fans through live broadcasts, the crypto market is volatile and risk-prone with many scams. It is therefore advisable before considering trading this cryptocurrency to do solid research to see if it is suitable for you in light of your knowledge, experience, financial goals, resources, and other relevant circumstances.
