Huawei reported that Kang Ning, President of Huawei Cloud Global Ecosystem, delivered a keynote titled “Empowering AI Pioneers in Industries to Build Success with Developers” at the 10th HUAWEI CONNECT. Mr. Kang explained the latest advancements in the Huawei Cloud ecosystem and revealed an upgrade to Huawei Developer Space.
Mr. Kang said, “Huawei Cloud is dedicated to an open, developer-centric AI ecosystem for shared success. We will continue to invest significantly in both new and foundational technologies, build more efficient development platforms, and support global developers, empowering AI pioneers for industries.”

According to the report, the number of world developers currently on Huawei Cloud has exceeded 8.5 million, and the Institute has trained over 5.5 million individuals, boasting 50,000 partners, and yearly transactions in KooGallery have exceeded 1 million.
Huawei said that developers can access Developer Space through the web, CLI, and IDEs to enjoy features such as cloud development environments, the enterprise-class agent platform Versatile, GaussDB, and CodeArts Doer for coding.
It also provides a weekly free 180 hours of cloud development environment, 1 million cloud function calls, and 2 million MaaS tokens. Currently, Developer Space boasts 1.2 million users and supports 400,000 cloud developers, the report stated.
Huawei Launches FinAgent Booster
At HUAWEI CONNECT 2025, on Friday Huawei said that it launched FinAgent Booster (FAB) along with global showcases in banking, insurance, and securities. The goal was to aid financial institutions use AI commercially in main scenarios and to promote AI-powered business change.
Jason Cao, CEO of Huawei Digital Finance BU, pointed out, saying that “AI is bringing structural changes to the financial industry, innovating the way we serve, collaborate, and decide. Huawei adheres to the open ecosystem strategy and supports AI-powered transformation in the financial industry through three initiatives: advancing intelligence across all domains and scenarios, accelerating the leap from data to knowledge, and building future-ready resilience for intelligent computing.”
“Huawei has upgraded its Data Intelligence solution and launched FinAgent Booster (FAB) to simplify agent application engineering. This enables flexible agent assembly, fast business vision realization, and efficient commercial applications of AI agents,” Jason added.
Three Features of the FinAgent Booster
The company explained that to help more financial institutions successfully implement agents, it has upgraded its Financial Data Intelligence Solution 5.5 around agents and launched the FinAgent Booster (FAB) with three features: easy to use, ready to use, and smooth to use, to solve the difficulty of AI implementation for both customers and partners.
