The crypto trading platform, on Thursday, announced the launch of a corporate social responsibility project called “Blockchain4Youth”. According to the report, the launch aims to increase the adoption of Web3 by the younger generations by encouraging them to use Web3 and crypto tools.
Gracy Chen, the Managing Director of Bitget in a comment said that the company aims to teach the youth blockchain and Web3 “ensuring a future where the world is blockchain-connected.”

What is Blockchain4Youth?
Blockchain for Youth is a CSR project launched by Bitget to teach the younger generation Web3 and Blockchain. Bitget said that this project will help to bring more individuals into Web3. According to a recent study released by them, the Millennials and Gen Z representatives are the people that will help in the development of a crypto-favourable future, with 46% of other crypto enthusiasts.
To support the youth and encourage their involvement in blockchain technology, Bitget said it plans to invest $10 million in the program over the next 5 years. Through Bitget Academy, the project will offer courses in blockchain, give certificates, and host campus lectures in partnership with some of the well-known universities around the world, the report said.
When will The CSR project Start?
The CSR project and the Bitget Academy Course will start in May, with a series of campus lectures held in top universities across Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, and other regions, the report said. Bitget said that later on, the plan to support youths who are interested in blockchain but lacks finance through scholarship.
