Forbes, the Hong Kong-owned magazine, now owns virtual real-estate in the Sandbox Metaverse. The public can now access the new Forbes experience, which is tucked away in the virtual world, just north of “HODL Island” and west of “Dracula’s Castle.”
According to a press release, The Sandbox, known for its vast and dynamic virtual environment, is currently home to Forbes’ digital domain, which is meant to serve as a hub for intellectuals, entrepreneurs, and leaders to gather. Forbes aims to offer a range of interactive experiences, workshops, and events in an effort to go beyond conventional boundaries of engagement.

Presently, the Metaverse real estate has become increasingly alluring to corporations and brands. The Sandbox, which officially opened for business in Nov. 2023, has entered an increasingly competitive space.
